    1. E-mail us @ orderdesk@galaxydrillbits.com with your order, phone number, shipping address, e-mail address, and purchase order number if any. Or you may contact our office by phone @ (877)695-5700. Leave the information on voice mail if you are calling outside of the office operating hours.

    2. We will check stock and determine the weight and value of your order and the shipping charges, if any. We will then  send you an e-mail invoice from PayPal.

    3.  As soon as the invoice is paid, your order will be shipped. If for some reason the order is not complete the backordered item will be sent as soon as possible.
